Pregnant women are not allowed to access attractions, in compliance with safety regulations. Please help us follow the rules for the health and safety of both mothers and kids. For further information, please call the Customer Service or the Info Point.
Nursery: Available at the Park's restrooms.
High chairs: Available in our restaurants while stocks last.
The Park is fully accessible in wheelchair, thanks to the lack of architectural barriers. For information on the accessibility to attractions, within the manufacturer's limitations, please refer to our Customer Service or our Info Point. As far as the accessibility to the areas devoted to the shows is concerned, please refer to the dedicated staff, who will accompany you to your reserved seats.

In the Park, a First-Aid Service is provided, next to the Customer Service in Main-Street.
Dogs are always welcome, and must always be leashed and muzzled. The animals, however, cannot be taken on any attractions nor access restaurants and the areas devoted to the shows. Please help us keep the Park clean by cleaning after your animal.
A comfortable picnic area is available in the Park, next to the attraction "Yucatan". Picnicking is not allowed in areas other than this, as it is not allowed to occupy tables outside other food courts, which are reserved for paying customers of the Park. In order to allow the best availability of the area, occupying the picnic area from the entrance in the Park is not allowed. Help us maintain the Park cleaning: please dispose of waste in the provided bins.
Debit and Credit Card payments are welcome.
Smoking is allowed on the Park premises, except for attractions' waiting areas and inside buildings, rest zones and shops. In compliance with mutual respect, please remember to avoid disturbing the other guests and use the available ashtrays for your cigarette butts
