MagicLand has developed an Organizational Model and an Ethical Code in order to make its employees, collaborators and suppliers aware of specific rules and code of conduct.
Correctness, transparency, safety and honesty are the values on which the company’s and collaborators’ activity is based.
For the impartial control of the correct application of the Organizational Model and the Ethical Code, a specific autonomous and independent Supervisory Body has been established, as per law 231/08.
