Fixed Date online tickets purchased are non-refundable for any reason. However, it will still be possible to use the ticket on a different date during the 2023 season by presenting it at the park on the day of use and paying the difference to the full price at the park's ticket office.

You can purchase your Fixed Date Individual ticket online until 11:59 pm the day before your visit.

I biglietti online a data fissa acquistati non sono rimborsabili per nessun motivo. Sarà comunque possibile utilizzare il biglietto in una data diversa della stagione 2025 presentandosi al parco il giorno dell’utilizzo e pagando l’integrazione rispetto al prezzo intero alla biglietteria.
