MagicLand, the "Capital of Fun", with an area of 600,000 square meters, is the largest amusement park in Central Southern Italy. Starting from December 2018, Pillarstone, a financial vehicle of KKR, acquired full ownership of MagicLand. Pillarstone is a pan-European platform that works with European banks to generate value, managing their exposure to companies with solid business models but financial difficulties. The platform offers long-term capital and operational expertise to help companies that sustain these non-performing exposures stabilize, grow, and create value.

Sustainable and inclusive fun: we are committed to promoting innovative services aimed at safeguarding the environment, from the immense Photovoltaic Parking that satisfies 75% of our energy needs to the Amico Bicchiere - a reusable polypropylene cup that can be returned after use in exchange for a voucher or reused at home - to the Recycling Point that releases an eco-bonus with the insertion of a plastic bottle, up to our MagicLand Mobility electric scooter service, a support service for the mobility of guests with motor difficulties to move easily from one attraction to another.
MagicLand has implemented an Organizational Model and an Code od Conduct with the precise intent of raising awareness among its employees, collaborators, and suppliers about the importance of respecting rules and behaviors. Fairness, transparency, safety, and honesty are the values on which the company's activities and the people who represent it are based. To ensure the impartial verification of the correct application of the Organizational Model and the Ethical Code, an independent and autonomous Supervisory Body has been established, as required by the legislation 231/08.
